Citroën Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Citroën cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. In October the price for a car is S$ 75,122 increasing till S$ 81,578 in November. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -23 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two, the price has gone through a -8 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 69,519.75 to S$ 63,933.5 during February and March.
The average price for Citroën has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2014 and 2017, the average price was S$ 46,688.5. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 63 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 21 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 96,023.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of S$ 115,765.
The graph that displays the price for Citroën cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 24 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 54,041). Next with a price of S$ 53,035 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 73% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of S$ 61,151.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Citroën cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 26 % less expensive than the average market price (S$ 54,041) followed by "Electric" priced at S$ 107,657. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Electric". It´s price is 99 % higher than the average market price followed by "Diesel" which costs S$ 40,138.
