Land Rover Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Land Rover cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. In September the price for a car is S$ 241,746 increasing till S$ 256,587 in October. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 249,166.5 to S$ 242,156.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 245,661.5 to S$ 221,452 during January and February.
The average price for Land Rover has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2019, the average price is S$ 168,072.75. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (S$ 151,893) moving up till (S$ 247,843)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 66 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 22 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 356,695.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2022, 2023) with a price of S$ 434,083.
The graph that displays the price for Land Rover cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 48 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 227,324). Next with a price of S$ 147,203 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 27% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 243,544.
