Peugeot Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Peugeot cars have increased during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was S$ 73,321. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till S$ 84,593. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 78,957 to S$ 81,562. In the last two, the price has gone through a -12 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 80,259.5 to S$ 70,926 during February and March.
The average price for Peugeot has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2014 and 2018, the average price is S$ 48,874. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2014 (S$ 16,733) moving up till (S$ 91,140)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 81 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 22 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 113,594.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of S$ 138,671.5.
The graph that displays the price for Peugeot cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 35 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 61,338). Next with a price of S$ 50,685 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 145% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 114,124.
