The selling price for Subaru cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of S$ 106,514. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 110,704 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -8 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 104,230 to S$ 90,218.5 during February and March.

Price per registration year

The average price for Subaru has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2007 to 2017, the average price was S$ 57,258.5. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2007 (S$ 95,818) and 2017 (S$ 62,924). During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 59 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 15 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 107,002.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of S$ 123,166.5.

They are 42 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 83,644). Next with a price of S$ 49,592 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 9% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at S$ 69,090.
