BMW 3 Series Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for BMW 3 Series cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of S$ 160,138. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 166,978 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from S$ 157,921 to S$ 156,427.5 during February and March.
The average price for BMW 3 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2019, the average price is S$ 86,158.7. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (S$ 65,163) moving up till (S$ 163,428)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 100 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 198,666.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of S$ 224,975.
The graph that displays the price for BMW 3 Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 58 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 144,542). Next with a price of S$ 91,216 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 30% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 171,868.
