BMW 3 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 3 Series cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in January was of S$ 108,727. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 107,834 during February. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 108,280.5 to S$ 103,327. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -24 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from S$ 105,803.75 to S$ 80,478.
The average price for BMW 3 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2006, the average price is S$ 72,912.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (S$ 55,300) moving up till (S$ 90,525)in 2006. During the next two years (2009, 2010), the average price went up 6 % moving from !PRECIO1! to S$ 77,318, During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of S$ 78,286 in 2012 and S$ 79,254 during 2013.

They are 10 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 77,939). Next with a price of S$ 73,033 and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 5% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of S$ 74,627.
