BMW 5 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 5 Series cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in February was of S$ 184,362. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 179,084 during March. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 181,723 to S$ 178,666.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -12 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 180,194.75 to S$ 158,211 during June and July.
The average price for BMW 5 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2015, the average price is S$ 65,425.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (S$ 27,915) moving up till (S$ 104,114)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 118 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 176,832.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of S$ 210,841.

They are 64 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 168,768). Next with a price of S$ 79,107 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 19% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 142,271.
