BMW X1 Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for BMW X1 cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is S$ 142,165 increasing till S$ 156,630 in November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 149,397.5 to S$ 144,763.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from S$ 147,080.5 to S$ 142,395 during February and March.
The average price for BMW X1 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2019, the average price is S$ 95,176. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (S$ 93,800) moving up till (S$ 122,920)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 66 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 176,993) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of S$ 195,947.5.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X1 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 31 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 135,179). Next with a price of S$ 106,341 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 30% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of S$ 152,756.
