BMW X3 Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for BMW X3 cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of S$ 174,919. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 182,975 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -10 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from S$ 169,717 to S$ 166,643.5 during February and March.
The average price for BMW X3 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2011 and 2018, the average price is S$ 97,591.16. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2011 (S$ 118,800) moving up till (S$ 149,876)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 81 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 217,082) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2022) with a price of S$ 257,581.5.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X3 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 44 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 158,877). Next with a price of S$ 144,458 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 62% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 190,319.
