BMW X3 Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for BMW X3 cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price for May is S$ 110,858. During June there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till S$ 103,722. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price rose somewhat going from S$ 107,290 to S$ 118,394.5. The average price has risen 12 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (S$ 126,152.5) during September and October.
The average price for BMW X3 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2013 and 2015, the average price is S$ 102,444.66. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2013 (S$ 89,559) moving up till (S$ 114,700)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 47 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 171,928.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of S$ 193,571.5.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X3 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 41 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 135,955). Next with a price of S$ 109,773 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 44% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of S$ 172,575.
