BMW X3 Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW X3 cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. In June the average price per vehicle is S$ 167,503. During July the price went trough a strong deflation till S$ 133,836. During the following two months (August, September) the average selling price rose somewhat going from S$ 150,669.5 to S$ 166,090. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from S$ 158,379.75 to S$ 150,739 during October and November.
The average price for BMW X3 has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2016 and 2016, the average price was S$ 69,600. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 89 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 160,002.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of S$ 188,547.5.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X3 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 47 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 136,510). Next with a price of S$ 71,933 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 7% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" and a price of S$ 71,933.
