The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 33,131.5 to S$ 34,625.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 24 % with an average price of S$ 33,878.5 during the previous 4 months and S$ 41,874 during the most recent months in October and November.
