The selling price for Land Rover Range Rover cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of S$ 256,587. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 260,806 during November. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -15 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -17 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from S$ 239,120 to S$ 198,839.
The average price for Land Rover Range Rover has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2014 y 2019, the average price is S$ 164,339.17. There was a price inflation going from (S$ 207,267) to (S$ 237,161). During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 75 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 20 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 357,534) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2022, 2023) with a price of S$ 427,625.
