This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 86,400 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -8 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -15 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 82,960 to S$ 70,553.5 during February and March.
