During the following two months (October, November) the average selling price rose somewhat going from S$ 25,707 to S$ 28,158.5. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -48 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from S$ 26,932.75 to S$ 14,034.5.
