Nissan Qashqai Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Nissan Qashqai cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in April was of S$ 84,488. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 84,029 during May. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -22 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two, the price has gone through a -8 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 74,905.25 to S$ 69,149 during August and September.
The average price for Nissan Qashqai has become more expensive in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2010 to 2014, the average price was S$ 53,902.5. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2010 (S$ 58,572) and 2014 (S$ 49,233). During the next two years (2015, 2016), the average price went up 8 % moving from !PRECIO1! to S$ 58,092.5, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 67,257) and the the last two years that were studied (2017, 2018) with a price of S$ 76,421.5.
The graph that displays the price for Nissan Qashqai cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 26 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 69,262). Next with a price of S$ 58,976 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 23% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 73,194.
