Nissan X-Trail Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Nissan X-Trail cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of S$ 68,913. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 67,719 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 66,005.75 to S$ 57,625.5 during February and March.
The average price for Nissan X-Trail has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2015 and 2015, the average price was S$ 41,576. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 54 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 21 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 81,222.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of S$ 98,616.5.
