The selling prices for Porsche Cayenne cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. In September the price for a car is S$ 267,472 increasing till S$ 296,184 in October. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 281,828 to S$ 294,184. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -22 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from S$ 288,006 to S$ 223,441.
The average price for Porsche Cayenne has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2018, the average price is S$ 156,866.88. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (S$ 61,850) moving up till (S$ 294,266)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 150 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 7 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 423,818.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of S$ 455,151.
