Toyota Alphard Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota Alphard cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for November is S$ 195,664. During December there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till S$ 182,194. The following two months (January, February) the selling price went through a devaluation of -8 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has risen 6 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (S$ 192,309.5) during March and April.
The average price for Toyota Alphard has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2017, the average price is S$ 85,382.18. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (S$ 39,252) moving up till (S$ 137,159)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 124 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 218,246.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2020, 2021) with a price of S$ 245,561.5.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Alphard cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 62 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 205,735). Next with a price of S$ 116,781 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 3% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of S$ 199,354.
