Toyota Camry Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Toyota Camry cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in December was of S$ 81,439. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 77,749 during January. During the following two months (February, March) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 28 % from S$ 79,594 to S$ 102,214.5. The average price has risen 13 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (S$ 102,684) during April and May.
The average price for Toyota Camry has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2014, the average price is S$ 47,981.89. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (S$ 22,094) moving up till (S$ 76,425)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 68 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 97,765.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of S$ 114,951.5.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Camry cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 66 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 101,838). Next with a price of S$ 46,856 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "25,000 - 50,000". It is 12% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at S$ 88,785.
