The selling prices for Toyota Corolla cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of S$ 114,029. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 116,491 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 115,260 to S$ 113,781.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 114,520.75 to S$ 103,170.5 during February and March.
The average price for Toyota Corolla has remained constant in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is S$ 52,629.62. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (S$ 65,800) moving up till (S$ 77,818)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 91 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 117,409.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of S$ 134,228.

They are 83 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 91,714). Next with a price of S$ 45,078 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 45% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 104,994.
