During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 27 % from S$ 149,386 to S$ 189,866.5. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -40 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from S$ 169,626.25 to S$ 101,041.5.
