Price for Lexus IS

The selling prices for Lexus IS cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in November was of S$ 112,816. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 107,916 during December. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 110,366 to S$ 108,675.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from S$ 109,520.75 to S$ 110,025.5 during March and April.

The average price for Lexus IS has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2013 to 2015, the average price was S$ 106,025.5. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2013 (S$ 140,163) and 2015 (S$ 71,888). During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -20 % compared to the previous period. It is 9% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of S$ 97,822.
