During the following two months (August, September) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 26 % from S$ 159,305.5 to S$ 200,403.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 61 % with an average price of S$ 179,854.5 during the previous 4 months and S$ 289,659 during the most recent months in October and November.
The average price for Porsche 911 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2013, the average price is S$ 219,673.8. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (S$ 237,238) moving up till (S$ 490,200)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 145 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of S$ 524,619 in 2016 and S$ 511,222 during 2017.
