This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 118,804 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -13 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 108,861.5 to S$ 97,961.5 during February and March.
