This price hardly went through any changes and remained at S$ 73,112 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from S$ 72,187.5 to S$ 75,220.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from S$ 73,704 to S$ 69,513.5 during February and March.
