During the following two months (February, March) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 20 % from S$ 62,379 to S$ 74,895.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 19 % with an average price of S$ 68,637.25 during the previous 4 months and S$ 81,691 during the most recent months in April and May.
