BMW 7 Series Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for BMW 7 Series cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In May the average price per vehicle is S$ 111,620. During June the price went trough a strong deflation till S$ 89,432. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 47 % from S$ 100,526 to S$ 147,538. The average price has had spectacular rise of 21 % with an average price of S$ 124,032 during the previous 4 months and S$ 150,667 during the most recent months in September and October.
The average price for BMW 7 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2009 and 2013, the average price is S$ 95,980.6. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2009 (S$ 95,207) moving up till (S$ 138,986)in 2013. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 168 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 7 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 276,912.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2017, 2018) with a price of S$ 296,891.

They are 59 % more affordable than the average price (S$ 136,659). Next with a price of S$ 85,289 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 100% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of S$ 207,924.
