BMW 7 Series Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for BMW 7 Series cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price for October is S$ 136,659. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till S$ 118,235. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -5 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 72 % with an average price of S$ 123,953 during the previous 4 months and S$ 212,760.5 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for BMW 7 Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2009 and 2015, the average price is S$ 115,460.86. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2009 (S$ 71,521) moving up till (S$ 209,700)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 98 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 17 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (S$ 276,214) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of S$ 323,353.5.
